Full Job Description
The Impact You Will Have:

As a People Services Data and Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for the delivery of People Services Reporting, Analytics, Insights and Data initiatives within QTS. You will lead and partner in requirements gathering, solution building, and deployment to our internal customers (Business Leaders, People Services teams, Finance teams and others). You will partner closely with the rest of the Data Analytics team and cross-functional People Services and extended teams.

What You Will Do:
• Develop solutions within Workday and Tableau in support of business considerations, needs and requests, highlighting the connection of people data, trends in support of business needs
• Partner with Director of Reporting, Analytics, Insights and Data to ensure data accuracy between systems/sources and in delivering solutions for internal customers
• Determine, Develop and Deliver solutions in support of needs associated with Workforce data and insights requests
• Proactively refine and reimagine data and visualization tools in support of business needs associated with Workforce data
• Design and delivery repeatable data sets and reports, based on multiple data sets and sources
• Serve as point of contact for multiple visualization and data sets as part of post-delivery
• Develop solutions through Data analysis, visualization and presentation in support of business needs, as represented through PS Business Partners
• Leverage multiple data sets to provide insights to Business Leaders, Human Resources (People Services) and Finance team members
• Develop and deploy reports, analysis, and insights to our customers.
• Lead cross-functional teams as the voice of Data Analytics to achieve program objectives and provide meaningful outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and Program Manager, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Identify risks and participate in resolution planning to ensure successful program delivery.
• Develop and manage timelines, with the other members of the team, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule and meet the needs of the audience/customer
• Lead post-project review activities and illicit feedback from other team members to address unforeseen challenges in the project.
• Create a continuous feedback loop with Program Manager and leadership to provide progress updates, challenge resolutions, and key general project support.
• Navigate changes and adapt strategies based on evolving circumstances or feedback.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
• Five or more years of experience in human resources, HRIS, or similar roles with a Bachelor's preferred
• Working knowledge of HCM Applications (Workday, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, etc.)
• Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and aggregation
• Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics.
• Willingness to be included in deep dive discussions to gather well-determined requirements.
