Full Job Description
ABOUT THE TEAM

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to seamlessly handle People Operations by striking the perfect balance between enablement and high-touch connection. We want to empower our organization with seamless self-service tools so HR information is always at their fingertips, while never losing sight of what matters most - building trust, cultivating deep relationships, and providing hands-on support exactly when and where it's needed.

While day-to-day operations and relations are the heartbeat of this team, we are also the driving force behind the People agenda. From boosting employee engagement and refining performance management to launching cultural initiatives and driving automation, we help design the frameworks that set our global organization up for success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll partner closely with managers and employees to provide trusted HR expertise, navigate employee relations, and champion initiatives that elevate the overall employee lifecycle experience.

This role is the ultimate mix of tactical execution and foundational building. You will split your time between mastering essential HR administration and actively shaping people initiatives from the ground up. On one hand, you'll handle day-to-day HR operations - such as supporting organizational changes, maintaining accurate employee records/HRIS systems, and ensuring policy compliance. On the other hand, you will have a direct hand in designing and implementing the scalable documentation, frameworks, and automated processes of our future.

Let's be real: Last year, we officially transitioned into a truly global People function, merging fragmented regional frameworks and processes into a unified ecosystem. We are still very much in the thick of this transformation. If you are a builder who gets genuinely excited about managing daily operations while simultaneously laying down the foundational bricks of a global People team, this is the challenge you've been looking for!

What you'll do

  • Drive Ops & Optimization: Assist with day-to-day HR operations - including organizational changes - to power business success
  • Build the People Foundations: Help design, document, and implement our foundational People frameworks, templates, and key initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Be a Go-To Contact: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve or escalate issues, and proactively foster a positive workplace culture
  • Own the Admin Engine: Manage employee records, handle incoming HR tickets, and maintain absolute data integrity across our HR systems
  • Support Growth & Culture: Help facilitate smooth performance review cycles, roll out development initiatives, and promote team well-being
  • Ensure Compliance: Leverage your solid understanding of local employment law to ensure strict policy compliance and protect the organization

Who you are

  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in HR or People-focused business development roles, ideally within fast-paced, scaling organizations
  • You possess an extreme sense of ownership - if you see something broken or missing, you jump in and fix it
  • You don't just react to issues - you anticipate challenges, prioritize your workload effectively, and proactively engineer solutions
  • You possess the empathy and clarity needed to build trust and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • You approach every challenge with a positive, outcome-driven mindset, always looking for ways to improve the status quo
  • You excel at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of high-impact results
  • You genuinely thrive in dynamic, changing environments, and you enjoy supporting business shifts and setting up the ways of working that allow us to stay truly agile

$110,000 - $160,000 a year
