Use Data to Guide DecisionsLeverage people analytics to spot trends, shape strategy, and inform recommendations around turnover, engagement, performance, and more.
Influence Policy & PracticesHelp shape, roll out, and maintain equitable and consistent policies and practices across the organization.
Support Compensation StrategyPartner with People Operations to ensure we stay competitive and fair in our total rewards approach, providing input on salary reviews, market data, and equity adjustments.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED- 5+ years of generalist HR experience, with at least 1+ year in a People Partner, HRBP, or strategic HR role
- Experience supporting dynamic or matrixed orgs, agencies or client services teams are a plus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you know how to influence and collaborate at all levels
- A deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices, with strong instincts around fairness and integrity
- Confidence in navigating conflict and coaching through complexity
- Data-savvy and comfortable using metrics to tell stories and drive decisions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR are a plus)

Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000
The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidate's qualifications and experience uniquely.
