Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting VP-level leaders.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience driving change across an organization, managing stakeholders across teams at all levels.
  • Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients.
  • A combination of HR experience in the following areas: Organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.

Responsibilities
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a workforce and environment where all Googlers are treated with respect and have equal opportunity to succeed.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on People consequences and reactions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization, advising several Vice Presidents (VPs) across many countries and job families in the development of People Plans.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
