Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as a Human Resource (HR) Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- 2 years of experience performing data analysis and thematic reporting to identify organizational issues.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems for reporting.
Responsibilities- Provide dynamic and responsive coaching and advice for Leaders and Managers on performance management, development, and policy exceptions.
- Partner with People and Culture (P and C) Partners to deliver unit-specific organizational efforts including reorganizations and large-scale performance management initiatives.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including exits and flexible working arrangements.
- Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline query management and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis.
- Conduct data analysis to identify employee experience themes and insights that inform decision-making and support high performance.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
