HR Manager, People & Culture to lead the human side of our organization. This role goes beyond traditional HR administration - you will be the architect of our workplace culture, the champion of employee experience, and a strategic partner to leadership on all things people-related. Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & Employee Experience- Design and drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and a sense of belonging across all teams.
- Act as a culture custodian - ensuring company values are reflected in everyday decisions, communications, and behaviors.
- Plan and lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
- Regularly gather employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, one-on-ones) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Sit on the People Project Committee, contributing to discussions on employee engagement strategies, and the planning of employee activities and functions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and culture-aligned candidate experience.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Design and continuously improve onboarding programs that help new hires integrate quickly and feel welcomed.
HR Operations & Compliance- Manage core HR functions including payroll coordination, benefits administration, leave management, and HR record-keeping.
- Process and administer payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Review and approve employee timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked, leave, and overtime.
- Ensure company policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Performance & Development- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Identify learning and development needs, and coordinate training programs to support employee growth.
- Support career development conversations and internal mobility opportunities.
Employee Relations & Wellbeing- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
- Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, including mental health support and work-life balance programs.
- Foster open communication channels between employees and leadership.
Strategic HR Partnership- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Use HR metrics and data to inform decisions on retention, engagement, and culture health.
- Contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on culture, engagement, or employee experience.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using HRIS systems and comfort working with HR data/metrics.
- Working knowledge of payroll processes, including hands-on experience supporting or coordinating payroll runs, deductions, and payroll-related queries.
- A genuine passion for people, culture-building, and creating positive workplace experiences.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Compensation
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
