If you're energized by connecting with people, creating memorable employee experiences, coaching leaders, attracting exceptional talent, and helping shape the future of an organization, we'd love to meet you.

As our Culture & Performance Manager, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership and employees across multiple states while helping Pavilion become an employer of choice. This is an in-office position.

  • Plan and coordinate company celebrations, recognition programs, volunteer opportunities, and team-building events.
  • Help create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and are proud to represent Pavilion.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Develop recruiting strategies that attract exceptional talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify and hire people who align with Pavilion's culture and values.
  • Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, industry organizations, and recruiting partners.
  • Enhance Pavilion's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Create an onboarding experience that makes every new employee feel welcomed and prepared for success.
Employee & Family Support
  • Serve as the primary resource for employees and their families regarding benefits and company programs.
  • Lead benefit orientations and annual open enrollment.
  • Assist employees through life events, leave administration, accommodations, and benefit questions.
Leadership Partnership
  • Coach managers on communication, employee engagement, performance management, and leadership best practices.
  • Help leaders navigate employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support succession planning, organizational development, and employee growth.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
  • Develop and maintain company policies and employment practices.
  • Monitor changes in employment legislation and recommend proactive improvements.
