Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.
Mandatory Skills- Strong expertise in Pega development and implementation.
- Proficient in Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.
- Experience with Pega integration techniques and tools.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Pega solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
- Relevant Pega certifications are a plus.
