Senior PCB Layout Designer (Contract/Full-Time)

Seeking an Expert PCB Layout Designer with proven experience designing complex, high-performance PCBs.

Required Experience.
  • High layer-count PCB design.
  • High-speed signal routing (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, SerDes, etc.).
  • High-voltage/high-current power delivery.
  • Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) best practices.
  • DFM/DFA and manufacturing support.

Tools.
  • Cadence Allegro 22.1.
    • Constraint Manager.
    • Advanced routing and layout expertise.
    • End-to-end design flow knowledge.
  • Valor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities.
  • Own PCB layout from concept through manufacturing release.
  • Collaborate with Hardware, SI/PI, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Implement routing constraints and design rules.
  • Support design reviews, prototyping, and production builds.

Ideal Background.
  • Experience supporting complex products in networking, telecommunications, aerospace, defense, industrial, or high-performance computing environments.
