Full Job Description

The PC-12 NGX Instructor delivers ground school and simulator training for Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses. This role prioritizes each customer’s progress by tailoring instruction to individual training needs, targeting areas for improvement, and providing constructive, actionable feedback through briefings and debriefings.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
  • Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training.
  • Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.
  • Communicate effectively through verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Evaluate customer progress and provide constructive feedback to support learning objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
  • FAA CFI or CFII rating.
  • Minimum 1,000 total flight hours.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
  • Fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • College degree.
  • Previous PC‑12 experience
