DescriptionTyto Athene is searching for a PBX Technicianto support a commercial customer around Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
Responsibilities:
- All adds, moves, changes required by Novant Health thru Service Now Incident and work order process (RITM) which can include the following.
- Primary work will be supporting Ribbon C20/A2 switches.Must have previous experience with these switches.*
- Conversing and working with customers on installation and troubleshooting of all telephony related devices.
- Any work telecommunications related directed from Novant Telecommunication Director, Managers or Supervisors.
- Any New phone installs
- All phone database troubleshooting
- *Must be able to complete an immunization test (since will be onsite in hospitals)
All phone repairs:
- Phone replacement (Driving to site as required)
- Patch cord replacement at set
- Handset replacement
- Handset cord replacement
- Anything Voice mail related
- Anything basic AA programming related
Analog:
- Configuration of Grandstream/Mediatrix SIP to Analog gateways
- Work with Novant Infrastructure for IP address reservations for Gateways
- Build of analog lines in C20
- All patching in patch panels or cross connecting of jumpers in MDF/IDF
- Connecting and testing devices
- Assist Novant Telecom with updating documentation of telecom spreadsheets for IP addresses etc.
- Work with Novant data Infrastructure as needed to troubleshoot data connectivity to phones etc.

Compensation:
