Payroll Manager with strong Workday experience. This role supports a large, complex payroll environment and offers the opportunity to lead daytoday payroll operations while improving processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee endtoend U.S. payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
- Serve as the Workday Payroll subjectmatter expert
- Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
- Manage and mentor payroll staff as applicable
Qualifications - 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Handson Workday Payroll experience required
- Strong knowledge of multistate payroll and compliance
- Experience supporting highvolume or complex payroll environments
- Ability to work onsite in the DC metro area
