As a Payroll Leader, you will play a critical, hands-on role in executing and supporting payroll operations across the U.S., Canada, and the UK. This is a “working leader” position where you willensurecompletion of payrollprocessingwhile also serving as a key point of coordination for payroll activities, vendor interactions, and process improvements.
You will help ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, while supporting global alignment and driving continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning work end-to-end, solving complex payroll challenges, and contributing beyond day-to-day processing.
Execute and support end-to-end payroll processing for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Serve as a key point of contact for payroll vendors (e.g., ADP), supporting issue resolution, data validation, and ongoing service delivery.
Process and review complex payroll transactions, including bonuses, off-cycle payments, deferred compensation, and other special payments.
Support payroll-related projects and system enhancements, including testing, implementation, and production support for Workday and payroll integrations.
Identifyand contribute to process improvement opportunities, including automation, efficiency gains, and enhanced employee experience.
RequiredQualifications
- High School degree/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of eight (8) years' experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environment
OR
- Bachelor's degree (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in Payroll, Human Resources, and/or Finance in a private, public, government or military environment
Work location:
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $124,127 - $151,710, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
