Position Summary:

Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Director to lead payroll operations. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with federal and state regulations, and oversight of payroll systems and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely processing of payroll
  • Manage payroll systems, reporting, and compliance processes
  • Ensure adherence to tax laws and payroll regulations
  • Monitor withholding, deductions, and reporting accuracy
  • Support payroll audits and regulatory reporting
  • Develop payroll policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams
  • Supervise and develop payroll staff


Essential Functions

The essential functions of this position include:
  • Analyzing complex payroll data and financial reports
  • Managing payroll systems and large-scale employee data
  • Sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information
