Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll activities, including collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting; - Drive process improvements and system implementations to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy; - Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits processes in line with new policies or regulatory changes; - Prepare payroll reports and analysis, supporting finance in audits (internal/external); - Oversee payroll vendors, ensuring strict adherence to contracts and SLAs; - Liaise with authorities (e.g., social security, tax) to ensure compliance; - Collaborate with HR business partners and HR operations to improve employee experience. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s): - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or Data Management, or a related field. - Strong academic performance in areas such as mathematical equations or financial modeling; - Excel and project management capabilities; - Proven ability to perform high-quality academic projects; - Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Information [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $128000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
