OverviewWe invite applications for board-certified or board-eligible Pathologists to join our highly collaborative team of clinicians and physicians. This opportunity offers the chance to work alongside 16 Pathologists, 6 Pathologists' Assistants, and 4 PhDs in a busy and fast-paced practice that serves a large and diverse patient population.
In this role, responsibilities include surgical pathology, frozen section interpretation, rapid on-site cytology evaluation, call coverage, participation in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and shared laboratory leadership and administrative responsibilities, including CLIA directorship opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:- AP/CP board-certified or board-eligible
- Strong diagnostic skills in general surgical pathology
- Cytology experience welcomed, but not required
- Ability to provide pathology services across two hospitals and a regional laboratory
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge in surgical pathology and applicable molecular diagnostic techniques
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based practice

The annual salary for this position is $362,900 - $442,500 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
