Overview

Sunnybrook Orthopaedics invites applications for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, comprehensive pediatric care within an integrated healthcare network. In this role, you will collaborate with a compassionate team of orthopaedic surgeons, advanced practice clinicians, and dedicated support staff across our regional facilities and partner institutions.

What You Can Expect:
  • Collaborate with a second NWP pediatric orthopaedic surgeon.

  • Practice comprehensive pediatric orthopaedic care for Kaiser Permanente Northwest patients under the age of 16.

  • Manage a broad surgical case including spine, club feet, hip dysplasia, scoliosis, and congenital pediatric conditions.
  • Perform outpatient surgeries at Kaiser ambulatory surgical centers, benefiting from substantial clinical and operative volumes.

  • Share 1:6 call with Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) pediatric orthopaedists.
  • Operate at OHSU for inpatient cases.
  • Join a dedicated team comprising 33 orthopaedic surgeons and 24 affiliated clinicians.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopaedics
  • Pediatric Orthopaedics Fellowship Completion

The annual salary for this position is $438,480 - $534,780 (prorated for a 4-day work week) which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
