Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Parts Manager to lead our dealership's parts department. This role focuses on managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service while supporting the dealership's overall success.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering and stocking parts accurately and promptly.
- Supervise and train parts department staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the service and sales departments to meet their parts needs effectively.
- Monitor and analyze parts sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns related to parts availability or service.
- Prepare and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Promote OEM parts and accessories to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in a parts department, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management and ordering processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with dealership management software and computer applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven track record of driving parts sales growth and department profitability.
