JOB DESCRIPTION
Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.
As a Product Delivery Manager in Omnichannel Payments commercialization, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Develop and maintain go to market material: sell box, pitch book, FAQ, sales training material, etc.
  • Develop product strategies for different verticals and the vision that delivers value to our customers
  • Design product and sales campaigns that execute on key deliverables and highlight our customer27s needs
  • Execute an Omnichannel Partnership strategy in line with our product and vertical strategy
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm27s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Expertise Payments in different verticals
  • Strong expertise in Merchant Acquiring, payment processing or payment operations, payment applications and front-end APIs
  • Experience creating new partnerships and manage relationships leading to strong business value
  • Require basic API knowledge
  • Understanding of the various consumer journeys in different verticals and how it translates to product strategy and partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong ability to research market intelligence and generate strategies accordingly
  • Strong cross-functional communication and coordination ability

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Worked in FinTech
