Full Job Description
The Role

On May 20, we became the founding team behind a new AI services business led by Anthropic, Blackstone, and Hellman & Friedman.

We're a CEO's first call when they're thinking about AI transformation. To deliver on that promise at scale, we need to deepen our bench, building the partnerships and capabilities that let us offer a truly holistic, end-to-end solution across the AI transformation lifecycle.

A meaningful portion of our growth will come from how we partner with and acquire other players in this space. This role exists to own that motion, from mapping the landscape, to curating 'win-win-win' opportunities, closing deals, and driving successful integration.

You'll work directly with our CEO to identify, structure, and execute these opportunities. This is a senior, high-ownership role with direct exposure to the most consequential decisions we make as a company.

What You'll Do
  • Service line expansion. Define how we expand across the AI transformation lifecycle. Identify and prioritize where to build, partner, or acquire in each.
  • Partnerships. Build and scale our AI services through partnerships. Design and execute programs that turn partners into revenue-generating channels, including joint GTM motions, co-selling frameworks, and shared pipeline development.
  • M&A. Source and evaluate acquisition targets. Run diligence, structure deals, and drive execution. Own integration and ensure acquisitions translate into real capabilities.
What You Bring
  • You've operated at the intersection of commercial and technical - as a founder, investor, or operator - and have the scars and instincts to show for it. You know how to build relationships that turn into revenue, and how to close.
  • You've seen the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing through integration, and know what separates a deal that creates real capability from one that looks good on paper.
  • You have sharp judgment on the AI landscape. You know what's real and what's hype, where the white space is, and how the pieces fit together across the enterprise transformation stack.
  • You build trust quickly with senior stakeholders and are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are rolling up your sleeves to get a deal across the line.
  • High agency, low ego. You operate comfortably in ambiguity, with a bias toward action and a track record to back it up.
