This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of partnership reporting, performance analytics, sales intelligence, and commercial operations. You will manage the financial reporting and forecasting processes for the Partnerships organization, maintain the data and research infrastructure that supports the sales team, and oversee the content and collateral used to win and retain partners. Partnering closely with Leadership, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Sales, and Partner Marketing, you will ensure accurate reporting, informed decision-making, operational discipline, and the analytical rigor needed to maximize partnership revenue and performance.
About the Role
Topgolf is seeking a Manager, Partnership Analytics & Operations to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of the Partnerships team. This role owns financial reporting, forecasting, and deal economics; manages the data, research, and prospecting intelligence the sales team relies on; and oversees the content and collateral used to win and retain partners. Your work directly shapes how Topgolf prices deals, prioritizes prospects, and reports performance to senior leadership. The right person is detail-oriented, financially sharp, and equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a data pull, and a sales deck. Someone who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and ensures the team has what it needs to perform
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Own leadership dashboards and the monthly revenue forecast: collect inputs, tracking pipeline health and revenue pacing, and distributing final outputs to the business
- Drive the reconciliation and reporting for the Partnerships P&L - reconciling actuals into Anaplan, distributing performance updates to the Partnerships team, and serving as the primary source on revenue performance for Finance and leadership
- Manage the monthly close cycle and expense tracking across Partnerships - including GL reconciliation, cost center analysis, variance summaries, and end-to-end outflow management - in coordination with Finance
- Build and circulate a monthly performance report covering departmental results, key metrics, and an executive summary; gather inputs and owning the final product end to end
- Coordinate with Leadership, Accounting, FP&A, and Legal on deal execution to ensure contract details, rate card economics, margin targets, and revenue records are accurate
- Own key vendor relationships, including day-to-day communication and contract renewals
- Own the cadence and accountability for partner objectives, outcome reviews, and recaps
- Ensure the sales and partner marketing team delivers them at scheduled milestones, track completion in Salesforce, and follow up when deadlines are missed
- Own the organization and structure of the partnerships file system: build a scalable folder framework, rolling it out to the team, and maintaining accountability to ensure files are consistently stored, named, and accessible year over year
Data & Research
- Own the quarterly and annual refresh of Topgolf's core sales data: collect updates from stakeholders, refreshing market, scale, and audience metrics, and distributing final materials
- Pull and package ad hoc data reports on demand (traffic, demographics, game stats, digital metrics) at the national or regional level to support sales proposals
- Serve as the internal owner of category valuation data: manage the built model, keeping it current, and distributing relevant outputs to support deal pricing and proposals
- Maintain Salesforce data integrity across prospect and partner accounts: ensure decision maker contacts, account details, and pipeline records are accurate and complete, and supporting the sales team with prospecting research as needed
Content & Collateral
- Own and maintain the full suite of partnership intro and sales decks: coordinate data refreshes, content updates, and design changes with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update results, data, and imagery for key partner case studies. Keep the library current and ready to use in sales conversations
- Own the partnership sales presentation platform: manage setup, organization, and team adoption to ensure all decks are accessible, current, and consistently used across the team
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in partnership operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management, GL reconciliation, expense tracking, and FP&A-adjacent reporting; advanced Excel (pivots, complex formulas, modeling); comfort working with large datasets and translating them into clear narratives
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI a plus; Anaplan experience a plus
- Proven ability to find, collect, and organize information from multiple sources and package it into clean, executive-ready materials, primarily in PowerPoint
- Experience developing and maintaining sales materials including pitch decks, case studies, and proposal templates
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) for accelerating research, drafting, and analysis; able to evaluate outputs critically rather than accept them at face value
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to data integrity; this role is the source of record for critical financial, deal, and market data; familiarity with Salesforce a plus
- Strong communicator: able to translate financial and operational information for non-technical audiences including Finance, Legal, and senior leadership
- A self-starter who doesn't wait to be told. If the information exists, they'll find it; if it needs to be built, they'll build it; if it needs to go out, they'll make sure it does
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
