Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Partner Success Manager

We are looking for an individual who wants to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close as a Partner Success Manager- Working Capital. In this quota carrying role, you will serve as a driving force in PEAC's direct to customer sales initiatives, by conducting outbound and inbound discovery calls with customers to understand their needs and position the appropriate financing product. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales- Working Capital.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage a book of high-value customer accounts, building relationships with customers to drive application flow
  • Continuously grow and refresh the book of business through other business development activities
  • Solicit and close application opportunities, including pitching and negotiating terms, while overcoming objectives
  • Obtain necessary information to have the application approved and booked in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Credit Department on new originations
  • Maintain clean data in SFDC on leads, prospects, and customer accounts
  • Monitor and follow up on completed customer applications
  • Become a subject matter expert in PEAC's product features and benefits and have ability to articulate the information clearly to customers
  • Achieve established target activity and volume goals for monthly quota attainment


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Sales/Business Development or relevant experience
  • Experience with MCA/Working Capital Product preferred
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust quickly with customers
  • Highly resourceful team member with the ability to be extremely effective both independently and as part of a sales team
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving to close business
