About this role

We are looking for a Senior Funds Attorney (Partner / Of Counsel level) with 10-15+ years of experience in private fund formation to join a collaborative, boutique firm and help scale a growing funds practice. This is an opportunity to shape your own practice at a firm recognized by Chambers and Partners for impact investing, with a 1,400 billable hour target and true work-life balance.
