Position SummaryTipalti is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive partner growth across our partner organization. In this role, you'll develop and execute co-marketing programs with our strategic partners, manage our Market Development Funds (MDF) program, and lead campaigns and events that generate measurable pipeline.
Success in this role means turning strong partner relationships into repeatable revenue through thoughtful planning, flawless execution, and close collaboration with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams. You'll own programs from strategy through execution, measure performance, and continuously optimize for impact.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing.
In this role, you will be responsible for:- Own partner activation programs for Tipalti's strategic partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-marketing initiatives.
- Build annual joint marketing plans with key partners, aligning on business goals, campaign calendars, and investment.
- Manage Tipalti's Market Development Funds (MDF) program, including planning, approvals, budget management, execution, and ROI reporting.
- Develop and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns
- Lead joint webinars end-to-end, including content development, speaker coordination, promotion, execution, and follow-up.
- Plan and execute partner events, including executive dinners, regional events, and partner activities at industry conferences.
- Build strong relationships with Alliance Managers and partner marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute joint initiatives.
- Partner with Alliances leadership to prioritize investments across the highest-value partners and align marketing efforts to revenue goals.
- Track program performance and report on partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and campaign pipeline.
About you - 5+ years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, FinTech, financial services, or a related industry.
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, finance, or financial operations solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs that drive measurable business results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, concise communication style.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring program ROI.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows to multiply output across campaigns, content, research, and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with an ownership mentality.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Base Salary Range: $91,000 - $113,000 CAD annually.
Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results, individual performance, and relative contribution, as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion, to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.
Expected Total Compensation: $100,100 - $124,300 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission).
