Full Job Description
The Opportunity

We are seeking a Partner Manager, AI Business, based in New York, to support the fast growing Shutterstock Data Licensing and Services AI Business. The team's scope of responsibilities includes creating and pitching customer strategies, executing new Data Licensing partnerships and identifying and incubating new revenue opportunities.

As a Partner Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our revenue, product, and technical teams, partnering closely with Sales Directors to design and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our strategic partners. You'll become a trusted expert on Shutterstock's AI and data offerings, helping customers navigate complex technical and commercial requirements while ensuring successful execution of partnerships from launch through ongoing growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and working cross-functionally to bring new opportunities to life.

The Day to Day
  • Engage with partners regularly to understand their needs and design solutions that achieve their goals,
  • Partner with the New Business Team on due diligence including but not limited to proposals for new strategic opportunities, upsells, account planning, customer meetings and events,
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Shutterstock's AI, data licensing, and services offerings, and industry trends, guiding customers toward the best-fit products and partnership models,
  • Build trusted relationships with partners through regular business reviews, solution discussions, and proactive engagement,
  • Represent the voice of our partners internally, capturing demand signals that influence our roadmap.

What You'll Bring to the Role
  • 6-8 years of experience leading customer relationships and supporting complex transactions in Product, Marketing, and/ or Technology partnerships,
  • Direct experience managing product integrations, strategic partnerships, or workflow solutions a plus,
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in formal and informal settings,
  • Ability to project manage, manage multiple stakeholder teams and communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate business needs,
  • Strong analytical skills critical with ability to analyze our customer approaches and processes and recommend impactful improvements,
  • 'Can do' attitude with a desire to work across multiple projects simultaneously and fill in team and resource gaps where needed,
  • Proven results in consistently exceeding performance targets.

The compensation package offered may vary depending on employment experience, skills, and knowledge. You may also be eligible for our generous benefits package including health, wellness and financial benefits. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of the location(s) below may differ based on the cost of labor, market, and additional factors.

The pay range for this position is below:
• 130,000 - 140,000 per year in New York

Note: Commission-eligible roles are expressed as on-target earnings (base and commission). Non-commission roles are expressed as base salary only but are also eligible for annual incentives.
