Minimum qualifications:

  • Operational Excellence: Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations to resolve roadblocks and manage high-level partner escalations.
  • Influencer Marketing Depth: Deep understanding of the influencer marketing lifecycle and how "creator tech" intersects with enterprise advertising.
  • Consultative Problem Solver: Ability to pivot from C-suite relationship management to technical troubleshooting with Product and Sales Engineering teams.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable discussing technical roadmaps, including API infrastructure, data handling, and AI-enabled SaaS models.


About the job

As a Partner Lead for the Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMA) book of business, you are the primary strategic and commercial owner for Google's relationships with the world's most influential influencer marketing entities. You will manage these partnerships across both Global and US APCS (Large Customer Sales) markets, ensuring that global strategies are translated into high-impact local execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in YouTube Business, Sales Specialist and Creative organisation to provide specialized partner support and impactful sales and partner enablement. Your success is measured by the depth to which these partners consider YouTube, integrate Google's AI tools and APIs into their proprietary workflows, increase their readiness to invest in the creators and lead to increased brand agreements plus creator asset media business to drive social share of wallet for the largest advertisers.
