Full Job Description
As a Partner Executive serving Washington, DC and the surrounding areas, you are a relationship-driven business leader who builds trust, creates meaningful partnerships, and helps organizations achieve their goals through strategic technology solutions. You will strengthen an established portfolio of partner relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout the local market, working closely with our leadership, technical, and service delivery teams as a trusted advisor. You will balance the flexibility of remote work with regular local travel for partner meetings, networking, business development, and community engagement. You bring executive presence, business acumen, a consultative approach, and the drive to deepen partnerships and champion the ITPartners+ culture and values in every interaction. What You Will Do As a Partner Executive, you'll serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of partners throughout the Washington, DC area. You'll build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each partner's business goals, providing strategic guidance, and helping them maximize the value of their technology investments. Success in this role comes from being proactive, consultative, and accountable while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional partner experience and drive meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Own and strengthen partner relationships through proactive communication, strategic business reviews, and trusted advisor engagement. • Identify opportunities for partner growth, service expansion, project work, and technology improvements that create measurable business value. • Translate technical concepts into business outcomes, educating partners and providing value with every interaction. • Maintain consistent account management rhythms, including open issue reviews, partner check-ins, strategic planning discussions, and CRM documentation. • Monitor partner health, satisfaction, project progress, retention, and growth indicators to ensure long-term success. • Achieve individual and team goals, KPIs, quarterly priorities, and annual objectives while maintaining a strong focus on partner retention and overall partner experience. Your Skills and Background • Bring 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, client success, or business development. • Communicate, negotiate, and present confidently with stakeholders at every level. • Use strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with partners. • Understand IT services and connect technology solutions to partner business needs. • Work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate CRM activity. • MSP or technology industry experience and a bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field are preferred.
