Paraplanner - Tempo Wealth

Location: Independence, OH

Salary & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing financial plans, analyses, and client reports
  • Support the wealth planning team through financial planning research tailored to each client's unique circumstances
  • Client meeting preparation and follow up
  • Data gathering from clients and other professionals and data entry into financial planning software
  • Model scenarios for clients with executive compensation and stock-based benefits
  • Assist in creating planning deliverables, recommendation summaries, and client meeting materials
  • Build, maintain, and update detailed financial planning scenarios, including retirement projections, cash flow analyses, tax-sensitive planning strategies, equity compensation modeling, deferred compensation analyses, and concentrated stock planning

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years paraplanning/planning experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and client-facing
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn quickly
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with eMoney platforms a plus
  • FPQP or CFP designations not required, but would be a plus

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will begin with a 15-30-minute Zoom interview conducted by our external hiring consultant. If selected to proceed, candidates will complete a Career History Form and participate in additional interviews with Tempo Wealth leadership. Finalists may also be asked to complete professional assessments.
