Full Job Description
About the Role:

GoodRx is seeking a full-time Paralegal to support our growing Legal team. We are looking for an experienced paralegal who will be responsible for gathering, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys and other members of the team. You will assist with strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives, assist in preparing various filings, including corporate and regulatory filings, aid in the drafting of legal team correspondence, and conduct legal research among other projects. The ideal candidate must be organized, and detail oriented, and must be based in the Los Angeles area, as the role periodically requires in-person presence at our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and assist in preparing filings, including corporate filings and DMPO (Discount Medical Plan Organization) filings.
  • Organize and maintain legal files of all material agreements, records, and correspondence.
  • Draft preliminary responses to requests for information and other related legal correspondence.
  • Assist the Legal team in implementing and optimizing processes and systems to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered tools and workflows to support the legal team's day-to-day operations.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Political Science, Criminal Justice, English, Public Policy, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in an in-house or law firm environment. Certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Legal operations experience, including managing contract management.
  • Superb attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills (e.g., managing and updating internal resources, tracking of filings)
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools/technology to build efficiencies within a legal team a plus.
  • Experience providing paralegal-level support in a healthcare or technology environment a plus (in-house or law firm).

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. San Francisco and Seattle Offices:
$86,000.00 - $138,000.00

New York Office:
$79,000.00 - $127,000.00

Santa Monica Office:
$72,000.00 - $115,000.00

Other Office Locations:
$65,000.00 - $104,000.00
