  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive, verticalized outreach strategies.
  • Educate brands and agencies on the value of the NY Post's paid media solutions.
  • Manage and mentor two direct reports responsible for bringing paid media solutions to market.
  • Partner closely with internal sales teams on performance-driven programs and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as an extension of partners' growth marketing teams through proactive communication and strategic collaboration.
  • Leverage campaign performance insights to advise partners on optimization strategies and creative best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal social teams to streamline creative review and approval processes.
  • Provide leadership with feedback on pricing, product offerings, and market demand.
  • Help refine messaging, pitch materials, and GTM strategies.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
  • Support monthly revenue reconciliation with finance teams.
  • Stay current on platform trends, compliance policies, and emerging paid media opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally within an agency, publisher, media, or DTC environment.
  • Prior people management experience, including mentoring or directly managing team members.
  • Proven success executing and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Search Ads 360.
  • Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategy, performance analytics, and ROAS optimization.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for client success and revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel for partner meetings, industry events, and relationship-building opportunities.

Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $140,000 (OTE)

We're committed to offering competitive and flexible compensation to attract top talent. This pay range reflects our good faith estimate for the role and may vary based on a candidate's experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.

For bonus-eligible roles, targets are determined based on multiple considerations, including market benchmarks and individual contributions.
