Join Xerox as a Packaging Engineer and help drive the development, characterization, and continuous improvement of innovative chemicals, materials, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to support product innovation, improve process performance, and contribute to solutions that deliver value to our customers. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while helping advance technologies that support Xerox's commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

What You Will Do:
  • Design, develop, and characterize chemicals, materials, and related manufacturing processes.
  • Evaluate and improve products, processes, and services using industry best practices and technical expertise.
  • Analyze data and recommend process or material improvements to enhance performance and quality.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in chemical, materials, or process engineering.
