This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance.In this role, you will:
- Support AF/A35's implementation of the OTTI Lines of Efforts at the MAJCOMs.
- Spearhead major mission support projects, providing strategic vision and mentorship to the broader team.
- Define and oversee generation and documentation of mission requirements.
- Architect and manage the implementation of advanced Concept of Operations (CONOPs).
- Conduct high-level program analysis and performance assessments.
- Oversee strategic operational planning and execution support.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessment and manage mitigation strategies.
- Communicate strategic insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop the mission support team.
- Encourage continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An active U.S. Department of War (DoW) Secret security clearance
- A Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership in mission-critical operations.
- The ability to travel up to 10%.
