Buffalo, Orchard Park, Hamburg, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Amherst, Tonawanda, Niagara Falls, Lockport, Batavia, and Rochester.Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Run 2-3 pre-set, in-home sales appointments per day (no cold calling)
- Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
- Deliver professional product presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment
- Provide estimates, financing options, and guide customers through next steps
- Manage follow-up and maintain your sales pipeline
WHAT TO KNOW NOW:Most reps:- Travel across a large territory (often 80+ miles one way)
- Spend several hours per day driving
- Work evenings and weekends to meet homeowner availability
- If you're looking for a local, low-travel, or fixed-schedule role...this likely isn't the right fit.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving standards
- Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
- Self-motivated and disciplined work style
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- In-home sales (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar)
- Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
- Territory or route-based sales
- Strong communication and closing ability

EARNING POTENTIAL:- First 90 days: Training pay up to $2,700/month + commission
- First-year average: $90K-$130K
