- On-Target Earnings (OTE): This role has an OTE of $75,000 annually (composed of a $33,750 base salary + on target sales bonus).
- Total Earning Potential: With our uncapped performance-based incentives and accelerators, total annual earning potential typically ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 for high-performing representatives.
- To provide stability while you build your pipeline, new hires receive a $3,000 in guaranteed sales bonus upon completion of their first 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold.

The RoleThis is an active, community-focused sales position. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to help them upgrade their home internet experience.
- Territory Engagement: Meet residents at their homes to introduce them to GFiber's award winning internet services.
- Relationship Management: Build and manage a lead pipeline, following up through various channels to ensure a great customer experience.
- Market Strategy: Utilize Salesforce and modern sales tools to organize your day and maximize your impact.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and reach market sales goals together.

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
