What This Role Really Is:

This is a high-activity, field-based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto-Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

Compensation:

  • 1st year Base + commission expected earning potential of $90,000-$100,000.
  • 2nd year Base + commission expected earning potential of $120,000-$140,000.
  • Base: $42,000 with uncapped commissions.

In this role, you will:

  • Make 20 to 30 in-person cold calls every day.
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
  • Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
  • Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.
  • Represent a family-owned business known for quality service & long-term customer relationships.
