Outside Sales Representatives to represent Cross and help homeowners upgrade to faster, more reliable internet service.
This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential D2D outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities- Prospect residential neighborhoods where fiber service is available
- Engage homeowners and educate them on fiber internet benefits
- Generate new customer enrollments through face-to-face interaction
- Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
- Track activity and sales using company tools
- Represent a nationally recognized internet provider
Qualifications- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Expected first-year earnings: $65k - $100k+
