Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a full time Outside Sales Manager! This individual is responsible for managing our outside sales team and the expansion of our representatives across 15 states! The Outside Sales Manager needs to be an expert in cold calling and door to door sales.
Responsibilities:
Making sales calls.
Contract enforcement.
Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives
Scheduling training and ride-alongs with new and existing reps.
Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/ marketing goals.
Extensive travel required.
