Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee OA and Career Transition Services Programs' activities.

  • Manage enrollment, case management, and transition services for Health Care and Construction sectors.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and manage personnel promotions and transfers.

Salary Rate: $75,000 - $88,000

Duties and Responsibilities
  • The OA/CTS Director plans, directs, and supervises the activities of the OA and Career Transition Services Programs, including ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and effective implementation of all activities in program areas.
  • Prepares and submits reports as required. Ensures proper records on student progress are maintained by the OA/ Career Transition Department.
  • The OA/CTS Director ensures that case notes and PCDPs are up to date per PRH.
  • Adheres to cohort enrollment, case management efforts, and career transition services of two (2) industry clusters (Health Care and Construction).
  • Assesses personnel promotions, transfers, and merit evaluations within the department. Conducts and prepares performance appraisals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and two years related supervisory experience.
  • Associate's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and four years related supervisory experience
  • Prefer Master's degree and expansive experience with disadvantaged youth.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
