Position SummaryThis position is responsible for technical product management for AI Platform, focused more specifically in customer enablement and feedback loop, developer/user evangelism, go-to-market and product strategy.
They collaborate with other Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineers on product vision and scope, define and drive implementation of customer value messaging, create and deliver enablement content and help close the product feedback loop with users.
It requires deep hands-on development experience with data systems and Gen AI tools (code development and design tools, generative AI models and APIs) good understanding of the current AI solutions market and experience as an outbound product manager or developer evangelist
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years required experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful
- 10+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
Preferred Skills: - Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment
- Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity
- Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills
- Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$144,200.00 - $288,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
