Chicago, the expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $235,000 This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

You will support, collaborate and guide our clients on workplace safety and health compliance requirements for OSHA (federal and state) regulations and will manage support on other L&E matters as needed.
Responsibilities- Support, collaborate and guide business partners on environmental and workplace safety and health compliance requirements
- Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk, including training, policies and processes
- Develop relationships with regulatory agencies, defend our practices within appropriate boundaries, and work to influence policy development
- Handle all aspects of litigation relating to matters regarding workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations
- Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
- Provide crisis management to clients dealing with workplace safety and health matters
Skills and Educational Requirements:- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, with exceptional academic credentials
- 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required. All exceptional candidates with relevant experience will be considered
- Class action or public sector experience a plus
- Admitted to practice law in the State Bar of the Associate's primary office
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, team environment
