Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our Management and Organization Consulting team supports organizations in their organizational transformation projects. Our professionals support clients throughout their transformation projects, including aligning operational models with business strategy, upskilling talent and human resources, improving employee engagement, and managing change. As Director, Organizational Transformation, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end transformation projects, leveraging your expertise and understanding of management concepts.

The Opportunity

As an Organizational Transformation Manager, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that'll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn't limited to:
  • Partner with skilled PwC professionals on high-profile client engagements.
  • Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to identify opportunities with new/existing clients.
  • Lead multiple complex organizational design engagements simultaneously, encompassing organizational diagnostics, organizational structure, operating model design, transformation governance, roadmap development, and change management.
  • Facilitate and lead innovative and inspiring client workshops and lead client teams
  • Manage engagement economics, oversee high-quality work, and ensure delivery excellence
  • Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
  • Stay current on developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, while contributing to PwC's thought leadership, knowledge base, and market perspectives.
  • Contribute to the development of your own and the team's technical acumen locally, nationally and globally as part of our network
  • Continue to build strong internal relationships and enhance your profile and influence across PwC.


What You'll Bring
Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart. Here's what we look for:
  • Significant experience delivering organizational transformation services in multiple industries, in consulting or in-house roles
  • Proven experience across multiple dimensions of workforce transformation, including organizational assessments, operating model design and implementation, workforce and talent planning, evaluating the organizational impacts of AI, and leading change management initiatives.
  • Ability for storytelling and building executive presentations
  • Strong track record of leading and managing teams to achieve sustained results, while mentoring and developing future leaders
  • Experience leading proposals and related presentations to lead sales efforts
  • Experience managing multiple engagements and coaching teams.
  • Ability to create new sales opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Strong client relationships driven by service excellence
  • Creative approach to solving client challenges and eagerness to learn and understand processes
  • Ability to multi-task and manage ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience in a Consulting environment is highly recommended
  • The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada


This position ensures continuity and upholds our standards of excellence following the departure of a valued team member.

The salary range for this position is $112,400 - $162,400. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
