What Role You Will Play on Our Team

ODE Advisor- Team & Leader Effectiveness is a trusted partner accountable for shaping how leaders, teams, and organizations make decisions, change behavior, and perform at scale. This role leads enterprise-critical work at the intersection of decision quality, behavior change, organization design, and leader effectiveness, supporting major business transformations and ongoing performance improvement in a complex, asset-intensive, matrixed environment.

The role helps establishes standards, and coaches leaders and HR partners to improve organizational effectiveness by aligning structures, decision systems, incentives, and leader behaviors to strategy.

What You Will Do

Enterprise Organization Diagnosis & Decision Quality
  • Serve as expert in organization diagnosis, integrating structural, cultural, behavioral, and decision-system perspectives.
  • Lead complex organization and leadership diagnostics using established models and systems thinking.
  • Diagnose and improve decision quality, including clarity of accountability, speed, trade-offs, and bias risk.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into executive-level insights.
  • Define and continuously improve diagnostic methodologies, tools, and measures.

Behavior Change & Change Leadership
  • Lead change strategies focused on behavior adoption and leader role modeling.
  • Apply structured change frameworks informed by behavioral science.
  • Identify behavioral risks to value capture and design mitigating interventions.
  • Advise executive sponsors on leading change through decisions and reinforcement.
  • Establish adoption and value realization metrics.

Team & Leader Effectiveness
  • Diagnose leadership team dynamics and decision-making effectiveness.
  • Design scalable interventions to improve leadership judgment and team performance.
  • Coach senior leaders and leadership teams during complex change.
  • Act as a thought partner to HR and business leaders.


About You

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in organization development, organization design, and/or enterprise change.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level diagnostics and senior-leader advisory work.
  • Strong executive advisory, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently across strategy and execution.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced expertise in team and leader effectiveness, decision systems, and behavioral science.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheets, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
