Organizational Change Management ConsultantCrowned Grace International (CGINTL) seeks an Organizational Change Management Consultant to plan and deliver change initiatives that support CG-C5I command priorities, including adoption of the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF), Acquisition to Sustainment Support and Management, Acquisition Strategy Development and Implementation, and Mission Support Business Model Implementation. The consultant recommends, develops, and helps implement strategies and action plans that improve adoption and management of organizational change.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Plan and deliver initiatives supporting DESMF adoption, Acquisition to Sustainment Support and Management, Acquisition Strategy Development and Implementation, Mission Support Business Model Implementation, and other command priorities.
- Conduct change-impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
- Develop change strategies and action plans covering sponsorship, communications, training, and resistance management.
- Participate in Sprint ceremonies and complete assigned user stories.
- Help implement approved change plans and measure and reinforce adoption.
QUALIFCATIONS- Bachelor's degree
- 7 Years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience applying a structured OCM methodology in federal or large enterprise organizations.
- Eligible for a Tier 2 Public Trust determination and CAC issuance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
- Familiarity with DESMF, ITSM, or DoD/DHS acquisition life-cycle processes.
- Master's degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field.
