What you’ll be challenged to do:

 

As an Organization Manager- Power, you will lead and oversee diverse project teams and designs, serving as a subject matter expert in Civil or Electrical engineering. You will navigate the complexities of medium to high voltage substation designs while leading project discussions with clients and internal teams. Additionally, you will provide strategic input to the leadership team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

 

In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

 

  • Lead and manage multiple Groups and their respective leaders, ensuring consistent execution of projects and services.
  • Align organizational goals with project delivery strategies, resource allocation, and client expectations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Participates in the development of project design concepts and criteria and researches large or complex project elements
  • Has responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large or complex project assignments
  • Acts as technical specialist in the development of multiple discipline proposals
  • May act in the capacity of Project Manager, Client Manager or Proposal Manager 
  • Provides QA/QC reviews
  • Supervises a staff of technical professionals and other technical specialists (minimum 24 reports).
  • Responsible for working closely with clients for client satisfaction as well as business development purposes

What you will bring to our firm: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, or related field
  • Master’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, or related field is preferred
  • Professional licensure and/or registration or appropriate certifications and ability to obtain in multiple jurisdictions
  • Organizational performance and understanding of common metrics, including NLM, revenue factor, Days-Sales-Outstanding (Work In Progress, Accounts Receivable), and Revenue calculations
  • Sales pipeline and bookings experience
  • Management of staff utilization for your organization

 

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
