The Work:
As an Oracle Cloud PPM Consultant, you will lead and optimize end-to-end Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes within Oracle Cloud ERP environments. In this role, you will serve as the day-to-day functional process lead, working closely with project, finance, and accounting stakeholders to assess current-state processes, evaluate legacy configurations, identify gaps, and deliver Oracle Cloud PPM solutions that improve project execution, costing, billing, and performance.
You will collaborate across functional, technical, and client teams to gather requirements, conduct fit/gap analyses, define future-state processes, determine Oracle Cloud configuration approaches, and create functional design specifications for RICE components. You will also support data migration, integrations, system testing, and compliance activities while troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvements across the PPM landscape.
Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules-including Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, Budgetary Controls, and Project Performance Reporting-is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert consulting on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes and best practices.
Analyze business requirements, perform fit/gap assessments, and translate findings into Oracle Cloud PPM solutions.
Configure and implement Oracle Cloud PPM modules to support client-specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot functional issues, propose solutions, and support ongoing system improvements.Develop functional design documentation for RICE components and support technical teams during build and testing.
Lead or support end-user training, documentation, and adoption activities.
Participate in system testing, data validation, and quality assurance cycles.
Stay current on new Oracle Cloud functionality, releases, and PPM best practices.
Here's What You Need:- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP PPM modules: Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Grants Management, Budgetary Controls, and Project Performance Reporting.
- Strong understanding of project financial management and project execution processes.
- Ability to interpret functional requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Cloud configurations.
- Experience with workflow optimization, data mapping, and process automation strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with RICE object functional design (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions).
- Excellent communication and client-facing collaboration skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:- Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Background in cross-functional consulting involving finance, PMO, accounting, or operations.
- Experience performing fit/gap analysis and developing future-state business process documentation.
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance considerations related to project accounting and reporting.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
