Job Title: Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant

Location(s): New York, NY

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant to support professional services clients in implementing and optimizing Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Oracle PPM Cloud with enterprise-wide processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience working with Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud and 12 + years of overall experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle PPM Cloud modules such as Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Grants Management is required.
  • A deep understanding of project-based financial management in the professional services industry, including revenue recognition, cost allocation, time tracking, and contract compliance is necessary.
  • Proficiency in configuring workflows, approval hierarchies, and role-based security in Oracle Cloud is expected. Hands-on experience integrating Oracle PPM Cloud with Oracle Financials, Procurement, HCM, and external applications is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting data migration and reconciliation of project-related transactions from legacy systems to Oracle PPM Cloud is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and translate them into system configurations are required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with finance, IT, and operations teams. Ability to lead training and change management initiatives to facilitate user adoption.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Oracle PPM Cloud certification is a plus.
