Qualifications

• 8+ years of MySQL Database Administration/Architecture experience
• Strong hands-on skills in MySQL, SQL, indexing, and performance tuning
• Proficient in MySQL Replication, InnoDB, and HA/DR solutions
• Experience in database migration and upgrade projects
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms is an advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable MySQL database architectures
• Provide hands-on expertise in MySQL installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations
• Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Design and manage HA, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on database design
