Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional consulting experience to support enterprise implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across Manufacturing Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Quality Management. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered multiple full lifecycle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations and possess deep functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain business processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement scalable JD Edwards solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business requirement gathering sessions with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional solutions.
• Configure and implement JD Edwards Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Quality Management modules.
• Conduct solution design workshops and recommend JD Edwards best practices.
• Support all phases of implementation including Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional Configuration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Deployment, Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Develop functional design documents and specifications for reports, customizations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and development teams during solution delivery.
• Support business process improvements, issue resolution, and system optimization initiatives.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
• Work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting environment while managing multiple workstreams and priorities.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations.
• 5+ years of strong functional expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable JD Edwards solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional workshops and business process discussions.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong functional experience across JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Manufacturing Operations, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Procurement (Procure-to-Pay), Quality Management, Product Data Management (BOM & Routings), Shop Floor Management, Work Orders, and Inventory Management.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience with Procurement and Supplier Management processes.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting JD Edwards Quality Management.
• Strong knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, and Product Data Management.
• Experience with Shop Floor Management and Work Order processing.
• Strong functional documentation skills, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Process Flow Documentation, and Business Process Mapping.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing client expectations in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
• Experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator.
• Experience integrating JD Edwards with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and third-party Manufacturing Applications.
• Experience working within regulated manufacturing industries, including Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and continuous process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Industrial Manufacturing, or Consumer Products.
• Experience with MES Integration and PLM Integration.
• Strong experience with Manufacturing Process Optimization.
