Job Summary
The Oracle Integrations Business Analyst will support the modernization of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment by working with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business processes, document requirements, support solution design, and facilitate successful delivery of modernization initiatives. The role will focus on enterprise financial systems and integrations while leveraging AI productivity and workflow automation tools to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for Oracle EBS modernization.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state workflows aligned with modernization objectives.
• Support Oracle EBS enhancements and process improvements, particularly financial systems integrations involving procurement, HCM, and payroll platforms.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other detailed project documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Leverage AgenticAI or similar AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and workflow automation activities.
• Partner with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Assist with data mapping, data validation, and data migration activities.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Finance, ERP systems, or large enterprise IT programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS and core financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
• Experience with financial systems integrations, such as Oracle with Coupa, Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, or SAP.
• At least 6 months of hands-on professional experience using AgenticAI or other AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work in Chicago, Illinois under a partial remote arrangement.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in a Finance or IT role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other major ERP platforms such as SAP or Workday.
• Experience with modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or ETL concepts.
• Experience in the aviation or transportation industry.
