Overview System One is seeking an Oracle Integration Developer for a Direct Hire/Perm opportunity to work fully remote. Must be USC or GC only.
Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Develop and support Oracle APEX applications and PL/SQL code
- Perform complex data analysis and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs
- Expertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling
- Implement reliable and efficient data integration and automation services
- Troubleshoot production issues across various business areas and technologies
- Optimize database and application performance, including tuning PL/SQL code and indexing strategies
- Work closely with business clients, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of data structures, queries, reports, and development processes
- Manage quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations and applications
- Ensure integrations and applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements
- Apply business process improvement practices and re-engineering methodologies to enhance development and deployment processes
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PL/SQL programming, including triggers, procedures, packages, and functions
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with database administration and architecture
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL
- Strong knowledge of Oracle APEX and associated web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Expertise in database design, normalization, and ER modeling
- Understanding of Oracle security features and best practices
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff
- Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities
- Ability to diagnose and resolve routine and advanced system technical issues
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact business results across teams
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle technologies and software development practices
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
